Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking to stay in a condo in Honolulu but don't want to be in Waikiki, there is no better location than Park Lane Ala Moana. It is an apartment complex that has the feel of a resort. Unfortunately, most of the facilities were unavailable the majority of the time we were there. The pool and barbecue cabanas were closed for 2 1/2 weeks. The sauna/hot tub/plunge pool/spa was closed for the last 3 weeks of our stay and still weren't opened by the time we left. There was no notification from anyone upon booking that this could be possible, nor any response after this was brought up. If everything is operational, this is a great place to stay but for us, it was extremely disappointing to not have a pool or other facilities for more than half of our Hawaii vacation.
